LIONS, TIGERS AND BEARS, OH MY!

Well we are all sad that summer is coming to a close, school starts soon for Jack and I, even though we are all so busy during the school year, it makes the fall and winter months go by so much quicker!

We took a nice little mini vacation down to Salt Lake. We've been down there so many times, but our goal was to do things we haven't done before, eat at places we've never eaten, and most importantly relax! We started the day by going to the MLS ALL STAR game, and that was awesome!

We met famous RSL goalie Nick Ramondo!
The beginning of the game with all the world flags!
The all-stars were playing Everton, which was an English Premier league. We had so much fun, people were on their feet, cheering, booing, the whole bit.

Some penalty kicks from the game!
World famous Landon Donovan's turn!!
The All-Stars lost, but we had so much fun! Jack was with Grandpa Murray, and they spent a fun evening together!

DAY 2

The next day we decided on going to Hogle Zoo! Tyler hadn't been there since he was a child, and of course I never been, so it was gonna be a good experience for all of us. Jaxon was so excited!

It was very educational too, we learned all about the animals, and got really close to some! Jaxon saw elephants, giraffes, bears, zebras...all kinds of animals!

There was some awesome decor too! Here this is the huge famous Elephant there
Carousel fun!
Us at the prairie holes!

We went on several train rides..over..and over...and over... anything for Jaxon!
It was such a looong day, over 7 hours! But it was worth it to see Jaxon smile all day!!!
We also did tons of shopping, and ate at this awesome hawaiian restaurant, we had such a great time!! But the most exciting part of the trip...well according to Tyler at least...was the new bike he got there, and was taking home!!
